"Second time at this property. Very good the first time but very disappointed this trip. The rooms are becoming very dated and had to notify management that room had not been cleaned properly. Reserved a double queen room. First bed was clean but found hairs and toenails in the second bed. Notified manager and took a while to get cleaned properly. Not something you want or expect to deal with late at night before a marathon. Parking is terrible and forced to use Valet which was $75. "

"Really enjoyed the beauty of the hotel. It was meticulously cleaned and the architecture is absolutely beautiful. We especially enjoyed the Red Piano Bar. The music, bar tenders, and atmosphere were all 10/10!"

"Parking was safe and easy. The front desk and housekeeping staff were helpful, kind and professional. The beds are comfortable but the rooms were a little outdated for the price. The pool is great for kids but not very accommodating for adults. They just had direct TV and no smart tv options or the ability to cast or stream and they were small for the room size, just 32 inches."

"The hotel was right across from the Chickasaw Ballpark and we were there to watch baseball game. It’s perfect location to walk across the street to catch a game and also great location for walking to many different restaurants. Toby Keith’s Bar and Grill is next door and highly recommend it. "
