"During my visit, the bartender and the manager treated us with clear disrespect and discrimination because we are Latino. We were ignored and refused service, even though I was simply trying to purchase a drink. Their behavior made us feel unwelcome and singled out.What made the situation worse was that they were openly laughing and making fun of us with other people at the bar. This was extremelyunprofessional and humiliating.I want to emphasize that other staff in the hotel, including...

"My tv worked for about a min and then the picture completely went black in the king bed room in room 314 would have been nice to be able to watch tv and wind down upon return in the evenings - it was my wedding weekend and I had purchased 3 rooms for my entire family. I would really hope an option for a discount when purchasing so much for a weekend. Overall did enjoy the hotel, staff there was very nice - but I saw some people get little gift bags - I didn't get one of those either?"

"Not clean at all. Human and pet hair everywhere. Old food on walls and dirty fridge. Curtains were very dirty also."

"I went to a concert in the allegiant stadium, so the location was great, walking distance. The rooms itself could use a little upgrade. Some plugs didn't work, there were stains in the walls, a patch of paint in the ceiling. The AC was not cooling the room. The assistant manager, Aveena was the best part of my stay. She was understanding and nice and she even saved a parking spot for my car!"

In my case, the property I booked was managed through a third-party provider (Zelloo), which made everything significantly more complicated. The listing looked decent online, but the reality was completely different—the property was outdated and clearly not maintained to any reasonable standard."

"The room was nice. We got there an hour early before check in and they charged us $20 dollars. Breakfast was just ok. Sausage was hard. Kids enjoyed cereal and juice. It was perfect for ubering to and from the ball field. The house keepers were super nice!"
