"Staff is friendly and rooms are clean. They are a bit older but kept well. My room had an electric fireplace so that was nice. Bathroom well stocked!"

"My tv worked for about a min and then the picture completely went black in the king bed room in room 314 would have been nice to be able to watch tv and wind down upon return in the evenings - it was my wedding weekend and I had purchased 3 rooms for my entire family. I would really hope an option for a discount when purchasing so much for a weekend. Overall did enjoy the hotel, staff there was very nice - but I saw some people get little gift bags - I didn't get one of those either?"

"Requested a non smoking room. First room that they assigned had a strong smoke odor. They offered another room, the bed sheets were dirty, the restroom was not clean, and the room still had an odor. Staff was very welcoming and understanding but I did request a refund. "

In my case, the property I booked was managed through a third-party provider (Zelloo), which made everything significantly more complicated. The listing looked decent online, but the reality was completely different—the property was outdated and clearly not maintained to any reasonable standard."

"The room was nice but the toilet over flowed and yes they came with towels but nothing else.. the people were nice just not great."

"The room was nice. We got there an hour early before check in and they charged us $20 dollars. Breakfast was just ok. Sausage was hard. Kids enjoyed cereal and juice. It was perfect for ubering to and from the ball field. The house keepers were super nice!"
