This was a room without the ashtray, but definitely a smoking room. The room absolutely smelled of smoke but linens did not. We put the AC on 61 degrees and heavily disinfected the entire room. The light switch was broke, there was a hole in the wall from the door handle, the sink cabinetry looked stained and dirty, the toilet and tub were...

"We got there before the 4pm check-in. The hotel was locked. The two phone numbers taped to the building were for Florida and New York. I checked the website, called the number listed and the mailbox was full. We left. I realize we are out the money but I would remove them from your site."
