"We absolutely loved our stay at the Riverside Motel. The room was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed, including a handy kitchenette (we mostly just used it for drinks, but it was still a great bonus). The beds were super comfortable, and there was plenty of storage space and outlets, which made things really convenient. "I had a great stay overall — the motel was clean, quiet, and well‑kept, with friendly staff and solid value for the price. The rooms were on the smaller side and the bed felt a bit cramped for two people; a different room layout might make the space feel more comfortable. Aside from that, everything worked well and the stay was genuinely pleasant. The outdoor BBQ and table were a great bonus and made the space feel welcoming. I’d happily return for a short visit."

"I liked that we had an actual bedroom with a door that closed so whoever was up first could make coffee in the kitchen without waking the other. Also, it had a full size fridge - very rare these days. And right across from Okanagan Lake beach! Lots of restaurants and stores within walking distance."

"I wasn't told of any internet password when I checked in. So, no internet all night. I checked in at 4 and got key and then had to get to a golf event which started at 5. I was back in room by 9 pm after that golf event and the office was closed by between 8 and 9! Tried to call twice for a couple things (like to know internet password) and zero answers. Left a voice msg and no response even in the am. No security for loudies beside me and when not packed, (pretty empty there), just...

It's a bit dated - as many other people have noted, but it really didn't make a difference at all because it was very comfortable, in a great location, very clean and staff were super nice and accommodating - just regular good natured folk is how I would put it. If you're looking for luxury, with all modern amenities, and being waited on hand and foot - this is not the place for you."
