"I’d love to highlight just how amazing Mohamed the front desk personnel was! He was really kind, polite, we were able to communicate clearly and just a lovely person. We reserved 2 bed with sea view. There was small window for the sea view, the bathroom was so small and the shower was an open square that...

"They went the 'extra mile': The concierge didn't bat an eyelid when I asked them to repair a tear in my suitcase. Later that evening I got a call to say it had been repaired, and they brought it straight to my room. 5 star service at the concierge desk."

"For the price bracket, this was about as good as we could have hoped for a family break. The staff were unfailingly friendly and helpful, the hotel was about the cleanest that I have seen in Egypt and the quality of the food was excellent, considering the buffet arrangements. Variety and quality of the alcoholic drinks was limited, but no more than to be expected from an all inclusive of this nature in Egypt, so hardly any real criticism. "
