"Check in was amazing, Thank You Storm….efficient, friendly, informative about the hotels full occupancy and to be sure to contact the front desk for any issues due to there being a lot of kids due to ball games. Appreciated the heads up but for us there were no issues. So nice to know in advance. Storm is a high asset for this hotel. Breakfast was good kept stocked and fresh, standard Holiday Inn breakfast. "The employees were very nice and helpful. The breakfast had a lot to pick from and great. The track light in our room was loose from the ceiling, and our friends TV wouldn't work even after a worker came up and tried to fix it. "

"Front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. Even though they are in the process of renovating the property was very clean and quiet. The room was spacious and in pristine condition. Comfy bed and assortment of pillows. Definitely recommend booking your stay here. "

The hotel looks "tired"...in need of a refresh. Hall carpet seams fraying, lots of dings in furniture and corners.
