"We stayed for 10 nights at Citadines Holborn-Covent Garden and found the hotel to be perfectly adequate overall. The location was excellent and the room was comfortable and functional for an extended stay. Having a kitchenette was especially convenient. That said, there were a few things that kept the stay from being exceptional. We frequently had to ask for basic supplies such as toilet paper and facial tissues. We also needed additional towels during our stay and eventually discovered where...

"Would stay again. Next to the train tracks but train was not raining at night. Very clean. Windows can open for fresh air. Has everything we need. Breakfast was decent. Everyone working there was very nice"

"nice sitting area out back, could be tidier very comfortable great location very quiet"

"We had a wonderful experience at the Tower of London. It is such an iconic place, full of history, and absolutely worth visiting when in London. A special mention goes to Arcona, who made our visit even more memorable. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful, and took the time to make sure we had a great experience. Her warmth and professionalism really stood out. The Tower itself is fascinating, but it is people like Arcona who add that extra personal touch that makes a visit truly...

"This was my second stay at the Lincoln Suites in 2026. Almost everything I have to say is overwhelmingly positive. The location of the property would be very hard to beat for a central London visitor/tourist - everywhere I wanted to go I could walk within 5-10 minutes. Pretty much perfect. You have plenty of public transport options and so much to see and do. The reception staff at the Suites are very nice and helpful. The studios are well equipped with kitchen space and facilities, a nice...

"nice little apartment in great location. well appointed little kitchenette and double aspect room"

"It's down an alley with a dumpster, on the way get in. The women in our group didn't feel comfortable with the location after dark. The now usual no staff entry (or human presence) can be problematic, but it is a (very) budget hotel. Once inside, it was clean and pleasant. It's somewhere between a hotel and a hostel room -a place to sleep."

"The location is great, just a short walk from Earl's Court tube station. For the price and location, it was a good stay overall. That said, there are a few things to know before booking. Check-in and door access require an internet connection, which could be a problem if you don't have an international data plan. The listing also doesn't mention that there's no temperature control in the room, which was a surprise on arrival. Finally, the bed was extremely firm. I woke up most days with a stiff...
