Fantastic hotel and staff
"This is our go-to hotel for Cheltenham/Gloucester. Easy to get to, friendly staff, a pool and gym. The food on site is delicious. There are lots of options available, bar, restaurant, room service. Nice seating areas outside and lots of places to sit inside if you want to read or play board games. ..."

"Had a nice spa weekend with a group of friends, afternoon tea was not great as the sandwiches were not very fresh but they served a lovely cooked breakfast in the morning. Good spa facilities but it was quite busy so we could not get loungers for the first hour of being, which was disappointing."
