"The first room as soon as I walked in I could see urine lines down the toilet bowl, I looked on the sides of toilet and it wasn’t clean on the bathtub side. The bed skirt looked like it had a fight with the mattress and the room , appliances and door had a layer of dust. I called the front desk and asked if it cost extra for a clean room. She came up and said they only had 1 other king size left. She didn’t seem surprised or apologize about the room which I’m sure is a usual occurrence. The toilet was dirty on the side as well - but the last room, so we took it. There was big clumps of dust by the headstand and the bed. The bed skirt was 1/2 off the bed. There was dishes in the dishwasher ,cans of food and noodles in the cupboard. They didn’t inform of us of breakfast, or wifi. Also the lock was broken. But there was a note on the desk about wifi. The cleaners need to actually clean, and someone needs to check their work."
"In general property is great .. very quiet hotel consider our room next to the elevator and we didn’t hear any sound throughout the night .
However few issues, shower head is horrible , there was hair in the tub when we checked in . The ice machine was broken n garbage inside ( but no sign posted on the machine saying is not working ) .
Staffs are friendly . Is a decent hotel ."
