"There appears to be weekly or monthly renters on the property. There were a few sketchy looking people hanging around the laundry area when we checked in. AC/Fan wouldn't turn on, but it wasn't that hot in the room anyway. The fan to move stagnant air around would have been nice"

"There was no front desk to check in We asked if we can cancel at front desk before even checking in, the virtual guy said cause you booked through Expedia, have to go through them, Expedia said it’s ok with us, they called the virtual guy and he said no we can’t! "The bathroom sink was backing up, muddy water. Called the front desk and they said they had no one on maintenance staff to address it. Offered to change rooms, but it was already later in the evening so we did."

"Property was great! Right on the water, down the block from a brewery, and near the lighthouse. Food was delicious in the restaurant, and the bar was nice. It was a real find in the off-season and probably booked up in the summer. Stop out."

"You might want to bring your own coffee maker for the mornings however, quiet, wonderful, inviting. Simply the best getaway that's tucked away. The calm this beautiful place holds is grounding ❤️"

"The hotel was as good as it could be. Staff was great. The city is pretty sketchy though."

"The place was very clean and the front seat manager was very nice. However, the place needed a little upgrade. One of the lamps was missing a light bulb and the dresser/night stand was missing handles. Our room was next to the office and sleeping was difficult due to all the noise. It almost sounded like a small gathering was going on and what I can only describe as a door bell ringing constantly I had to call the front desk to complain. It stopped immediately which we were so appreciative of."

"We stayed in room 27. The room smelled of chemical. We had to get spray to get rid of the smell. I got a bottle of the bleach and wipe down the entire room. There were rusts on the shower head cover, dry racks, towel rack and black stains on the heater. I rubbed it and it did not come off. The mattress was hard. We paid for two night. We did not have a good experience. We decided to stay for only one night. I will never stay at that place again."

"What a gem! We really enjoyed our stay here. We were travelling with our family and dogs. The staff were friendly and helpful and the property is well maintained. Our room was spacious and very clean. We appreciated the reatuarant on site after a day exploring in the Redwoods. The food was good with execellent service. Complimentary breakfast in the mroming is grab and go (cereal, fruit, oatmeal). The gas station and store were convenient and made travelling easier. We would definitely stay...
