"We checked in at around 10:00 PM. The key card for our first room did not work, so we were assigned a second room. However, while the key card worked for that room, the door would not open. After another trip to the front desk, the staff reprogrammed the key card for the original room, and we were finally able to get in. The breakfast was average, and the hot food options were fairly limited. When we checked in, the lobby coffee was not very hot, and the hot water for tea had already run...

"The room was clean,but there was a strong odor from cleaning products with an underlying hint of maybe a dog. The hotel is showing some wear and tear but everything worked great. The beds were comfortable and my grandchildren enjoyed the pool. Great location with lots of dining options within walking distance."

"I arrived on time, checked in , and we entered the room to be greeted by an overwhelming smoked filled and urine scented room... it was discusting. I declined staying and they did not have any other rooms that were similar and did not offer an upgrade - so i was forced to seek other accommodations for the night - It was horrible, and has left me not ever wanting to stay at a Motel 6 again! Sadly, disappointing and inconvenient."

"It would have been better if the pet rooms were on the first floor. Faster exit to the outside and would prevent multiple unfamiliar dogs on the elevator."

"After a very long day traveling we were greeted by Gianna. A very kind and knowledgeable young lady. She gave us dinner suggestions and was very helpful during our stay. A nice comfortable bed and a hot shower awaited us. Check out after a delicious breakfast was a breeze. And the coffee was on point to start another travel day. Thank you to the wonderful staff at Grant's Pass Best Western"

"Beds were a little stiff. not enough space between desk and bed. dim light in bathroom. door opened under stairway. The outside was awesome, but that's not where I stayed. no instructions on TV use. chair at the desk had cushion that sank so my thighs were hanging over the frame. close to Grants Pass high school so we could walk to the graduation ceremony. fridge rocked back and forth."

"Beautiful property. I wish we day more than one night there so we could have had time just to sit on the porch taking in the river and surrounding nature. Maybe on a return trip…. Then We can try their restaurant too. It’s a relaxing place and the cider place next door has tasty cider."
