"Great place to stay, but I wish I’d known the “kitchenette” wasn’t set up to prepare food at all, as I would have brought what I needed from home. There was a full-sized fridge and microwave, as well as dishes and utensils as advertised, but only the coffee mugs were microwave safe (the rest of the dishes were plastic - not the kind that even claims to be microwave safe), and there weren’t any cooking implements. No larger bowls or spoons, not even a can opener. Otherwise, the place was...

"Property un kept room felt un safe door looked like it had been kicked in and badly repaired. Front desk was not helpful and refused to alter my stay when I brought things to their attention. I will never stay at this location again."

"Staff and amenities were great. Everything was clean. We did notice that there wasn’t a microwave up in our room so we asked if there was a microwave that we could heat our leftovers up and the staff offered tobring a microwave up to a room so we could use it absolutely amazing. At the pool and hot tub were very clean. And it was our anniversary so I ordered a roses for my wife. They showed up on the day of our anniversary and the arrangement was absolutely amazing."

"Door didnt lock in the back so you didnt need your keycard to get in the building and had access to the rooms. Unsafe. Dryer didnt work and they couldnt just exhange it. They offered to switch rooms, but with a baby and an animal, i chose to stay in the room I was already in. Breakfast was more of a leftovers snack bar. Bread, dry cereal, yogurt. Thats not breakfast. "

"A lot of space for the money two separate rooms was nice . Hair on the shower wall , hole in one of the doors , needs some tlc and upgrades. Office hours would be nice if the opened earlier in the morning"

"Excellent value. Very clean. Checkin was a breeze. Staff at counter was amazing. Staying and park was so easy and convenient. Shuttle driver was friendly and efficient. "

"The hotel lobby was closed when we arrived about 6pm....we had to call and get a door code for our room...only 2 towels for a 4 person room.... dried blood spot on a comforter....outlets were dirty...could hear the people in the room next door talk very clearly (no insulation or sound proofing)....sheets didn't match....no stopper for the tub to take a bath....heat/AC wouldn't keep consistent temperature. All in all in was very unpleasant experience and we will not be staying there again on...

"TV did not work, no secure outside doors with night access for everyone, downstairs units noisy with kids and jumping from upstairs units, amenities? What is that? Quite run down so price reflects that."
