"Our air conditioner was not working in the room. We mentioned it to the staff at reception. We asked for a fan at least. He said his colleague would bring it but no one brought it. There was carpeting in hallways & rooms they needed to get cleaned. The breakfast was good & we had a dinner there & it was good."

"Could be my favourite hotel. Ever. The staff(owners) are lovely. Gave a tour of the wine cellar which was SPECTACULAR! Like a cathedral. The decor was brilliantly done. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The room was beautifully decorated w all new fixtures. The garden patio was out of a movie. Beds were king size and perfect. However, there is very little to explore in the surrounding area besides a shopping mall where most items are overpriced. The room was very small, and the bathroom offered little privacy. "On the plus side: The hotel is very quiet. The insulation must be top notch. Three hundred yards away, you can see planes taxi on the runway and none of that can be heard. Likewise, no noise from neighbors. Kudos! Noise is my chief complaint when I travel. The rooms are modern, the furnishings even a bit cool, and everything is clean.
