"This was such an easy stay and in such a great location. Our only tricky thing was that we had two kids sleeping on the sofa bed and the way it folded out meant that there was quite a big dip on one side so they woke up a few times, but otherwise this was clean, warm, and the team there responded immediately when we had some queries re dropping off our cases early and picking them up late after check out.
