Reception and restaurant staff are nice and friendly. However, we experienced an unpleasant housekeeper who refused to make up the sofabed for us and give us pillows when we booked the room for four adult.

The breakfast was great. You need to schedule a time to eat using your phone, pretty simple. Loved the view from our window. Highly recommend.

No USB connection points in bedrooms Rooftop bar closed on the first of our nights for a private event - not advertised. Embarrassed to be turned away by a grumpy staff member when we went up For a cocktail. Breakfast very good but only 2 coffee vending machines for 100’s of diners
