"The good: Room was clean and staff were wonderful. There is a large overflow parking lot with plenty of room to park. A back door opens right onto Interurban Trail. There is a cafe in the lobby with a limited selection of Starbucks drinks, sandwiches and your typical egg and bacon breakfast fare. The bad: One of the elevators was down during my stay and the other was doing overtime with a long wait while it stopped at several floors. "Hotel is beautiful. Breakfast was yummy, Staff was so nice and friendly, front desk staff Jessyca is great! We enjoyed our room. I will definitely be back. I highly recommend 10/10. I seen so many families, sports teams from different states stay there and a few we were on the elevator together mention just how nice the hotel is. I appreciate your staff making it easy to check in and out, providing clean room and great service."

"At check-in, I was notified that rooms are only cleaned every other day. Two days into my stay, there were ants crawling all over the floor. I notified the front desk who did offer to let me move rooms. Given how late the night was, I let them know I had killed the ants, but requested that the room be deep cleaned. I was told it would be deep-cleaned the next day. That day I worked 12 hours and had to bring my dinner back to the room. The room had not been cleaned. The hotel staff did let me...

"It is a unique, historical, and beautiful hotel. It has a lot of character, located in a park, it’s got lots of nice surroundings and trails. Clean and good rooms. Well maintained. Great for a relaxing or romantic stay. Also good for conferences. We enjoyed it a lot."

"Great place to stay when visiting Edmonds"

"Clean room, late night staff was great and helpful. Desk in room only had one outlet, so had to run a cord to the kitchen. Kids were yelling and playing at 11 pm at night. Exercise room had only a few pieces of cardio equipment and it looked a bit run down. There is a great gym within walking distance, so I bought a weekly pass for 40 USD. Not a bad place, but I've stayed in Everett or Lynnwood at better places for the same price."
