"Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. I called early in the morning and requested room cleaning service. The front desk representative told me the message would be relayed to housekeeping, but no one ever came to clean the room during my stay. When I followed up, there didn't seem to be much concern or effort to resolve the issue. The bed was also very uncomfortable. The mattress felt extremely firm, and I could feel the springs through it. For reference, I only weigh around 140 lbs, so...

"My shower was unclean, it had hair and debri . I went to the front desk to report this and asked for something to clean it. Upon checking out, I asked for a receipt, no adjustment was made to my bill for the inconvenience. I was told a manager would contact me. I had to call the hotel five days later and Jason the manager is offering me 20% off my bill. That is unacceptable. I had to call you. If you had done so from the beginning, the possibility of accepting 20% would be higher. Stay away,...

"This hotel is disappointing from a Hyatt Place standard. The hallways has an old, moldy smell. The cushions on my couch look dirty like it needs to be reupholstered. The couch itself was broken. The end that connect was warped and collapsed. The sleep was comfortable and the bathroom was nice. The hotel breakfast they offered was not good. Hard boiled eggs was really hard. The pineapple/cantaloupe mix tasted fermented. If you're wanting breakfast, head across the parking lot to Cracker...

"The rooms were spacious and clean. I like that the refrigerator was regular size not a mini. The sofa turned into a sleeper bed which was a great addition. Will definitely return to this hotel in the future."

"The residence is new and entire place is clean. Staff are pleasant and helpful. Location is great. However, there are no dishes, glasses, utensils or items needed for a kitchen. The kitchen is why I booked, but was not able to use. Ads should state "bring your own" Traveling long distance not wanting to eat every meal outside. Also there is limited seating outside. They have a picnic table without an umbrella in 90 degree weather."
