"First time staying there was excited to get in the jacuzzi and pool first night was overly crowded so many children , the second day we had to get in the water right after breakfast we was able to be there comfortably for an hour until all the people brought the children in the water and also let them jump in and out the jacuzzi which was a concern while they sit on the sides in their phones! The staff the next day was very friendly including the GM !!! Thank you all for a good stay will definitely be back soon!!"

"Nasty staff (the guy with long dress) from the front desk to the food services. Then the room was loud. People walking down the hall being loud at all hours of the night. Elevators didn’t work and wait times got annoying. The furniture and drapes could be replaced. Overall a two star hotel. "

"The room smelled of smoke even though it was smoke free. The room was dirty and filthy. The sheets had stains and cigarette burns. We killed a roach in the bedroom. This was by far the worst hotel. Housekeeper never showed up. Lamps had no light bulbs. I would not recommend staying here. My 6 year old looked at me and said, mama this hotel is terrible. "
