When we checked in, they upgraded us to a room that opened right onto the beach (we booked the room with a balcony) and it was incredible for soaking up sun during the day and relaxing at night. "

"Hotel pictures online have not been updated to current condition. All room doors are located outside. Gaps under the door which can let bugs in. After checking into our room, my family brought dinner to the room. After about 15 mins our counter and food was covered in ants. Ants were also in the bedroom and bathroom. Made our concern known to the front staff and all we were offered was a refund of the resort fee. Lot of money to pay to stay somewhere that has a bug issue. Will not stay there...

"A beautiful place. Great staff. Easy to park on the streets nearby. Easily walkable to most places on the island, including Duval st, if you are able and enjoy walking. "The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and took time to answer questions and make sure we had what we needed. The room was smaller than what it looked like in the photos, but it was not small. There was plenty of room and the space was very clean. The breakfast, while good, was very much like your standard Hilton (Hampton Inn) buffet breakfast with servers getting your drinks for you. The pool was clean and refreshing.
