"Property and room were exceptionally clean. Neighborhood is in a little bit of a sketchy area so there is a parking garage. However, staff never informed me how to park inside a parking garage so that was difficult and they were not clearly communicating. Other than that, a great stay."

"Good location to get to both Riverside and San Bernardino. Rooms were adequately clean and maintained. We stayed in a room with one king bed and it was quite spacious. Staff was really helpful. We will stay there again."

"The staff was rude. There was poop on the toilet. There were holes on the bed. We took off the sheets. There were burn marks on the mattress. it smelt like cigarettes and water next to the toilet we ended up leaving after 7 minutes of torture and frankly I am pissed about the no refund even though I got a protection plan keep my money though it’s probably infested with bedbugs. I don’t want it back."

"The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. The hotel sits back from the street so it is easy to miss. Their parking lot joins a grocery store parking lot, so you need to navigate errant shopping carts. Although the hotel was super clean, the quality of their mattress had a lot to be desired. I would rate their mattress as poor. I know I wasn't the only one that complained. It felt like 5 inches of foam on plywood. It provided no support."

"This is a budget motel. The staff was nice, but the photos of the room are misleading. Not all rooms are renovated. The room I was assigned at first was dirty and run-down, and did not match the photos in Expedia. The staff ended up moving me to another room, which was renovated, but still did not match the photos/description."

"The room itself was clean however it smelled like smoke for being a non smoking room. The toilet was clogged but would go down really slowly. The property did not seem safe, with a lot people loitering around the premisis all hours of the day and night. The parking lot was utilized as over night parking for people living out of their cars.
