"Heater noise "

"Parking was not secure for the area. Too much transient access. "

"The HVAC was so very noisy and sporadic and constantly turned off and on to the point where we couldn’t sleep. Then it would shut off and we think we’d be fine. About 20 minutes later. It would come on with a very loud noise and wake us up . The front desk staff came and turned the HVAC off, which solve the noise problem but we woke up sweating in the room. It was so hot. Would I stay again? No. When we checked out, we weren’t even asked if we enjoyed our stay or if it was OK."

"Nice size rooms. Well appointed. Only issue was the drapes, they did not close all the way and we had to use a clip for full privacy. "

"Hotel definitely could use some updating. We were on the 3rd floor, and when we went to head out it stunk so bad of cigarette smoke. I did mention it at the front desk and he said he would go and check into it. The front desk staff were very friendly."

"Staff and were very helpful and friendly. The room had a cigarette smoke smell and the table had cigarette burn marks on it. Otherwise clean, quiet and comfortable"
