"I was happy overall with our stay. Breakfast was good. Love that you can have tea in the afternoon. The only downside was the outside door to our room. I thought it was a great advantage except I could not access from outside. And The parking spot outside that door should be marked for the room as well. Overall the stay was great. "

"The hotel was convenient for a neatby wedding we attended. The room was clean and comfortable with a convenient coffee maker, fridge and microwave.
We were hoping to check in an hour earlier than the normal 3 pm checkin and the kind woman working at the front desk made that pissible.
We were very pleased with our stay. "

"Great decor, unique property. TV didn’t work very well, the thermostat didn’t seem to turn from AC to heat, and the blinds didn’t keep the room dark come 7:30.

"My third time staying at Crowne Plaza Kitchener. The staff is exceptional! They even remembered me! Always extremely professional, kind, accommodating, and patient. My upgraded room was so comfortable and clean. Aqua, the restaurant, is delicious and the wait staff is wonderful. I also used the fitness centre this visit. Was surprised at how many options for working out are available. An exercise room, pool, bowling alley, putt putt golf!
I will be staying there again soon!"
