"My room had no windows. There was no on-site staff so I could not ask to change rooms. The room was recently renovated with a large, windowless living area and a narrow kitchen with a big refrigerator and dishwasher. The windowless bedroom was so small that the radiator and dresser were just 2 or 3 inches from the edge of the bed, making it difficult and potentially dangerous to move around. Although the bathroom was nicely designed, the toilet seat was cheap, lightweight plastic. It is a shame...

"We really enjoyed our two double bed suite. It was cozy with comfortable furniture. The kitchenette had everything you could possibly want. We come to Guelph every fall to visit family and this is the best hotel in our opinion. The breakfast buffet is good. And they have a small bites supper for free midweek. That was really nice because after a long day of traveling, going out to eat wasn't appealing. We will always stay here on future trips. Staff was helpful and nice. Overall, a very good...

"Included a delicious breakfast - eggs Benedict, Greek yoghurt with homemade fruit topping/homemade whipped cream, pressed coffee, herbal tea, orange juice.
Beautiful room with lovely sitting area
with an electric fireplace and large TV screen. Gorgeous, comfortable queen bed with a standing tub in the room - good water pressure and lots of hot water. Bubble bath included along with robes.
A very warm and welcoming reception from the hosts, both when we arrived and during breakfast.

"Loved everything about our stay. Complementary breakfast was great. Pool and slide were great. Children had a really fun time. Towels for the pool area should have been checked, ran out a few times, and had to go out and request more towels at the front desk. But besides that, everything else was amazing. Our room was clean.
I fully suggest this hotel to anyone. I will definitely be returning with my family."

"My family and I stayed here for 1 night because we were attending a relative’s wedding. The hotel location is great. It is located close to many amenities (ie stores and restaurants nearby) and also near the highway. The hotel itself is clean and the decor is nice. I was able to check in quickly with staff and had no problems accessing our hotel rooms. The hotel has a restaurant inside that’s open for breakfast and dinner. It was very convenient as we were able to eat breakfast before we checked...
