The staff at the front desk were kind, at the restaurant the staff was professional and polite with great service, and the hotel was clean throughout. "The Rose room was well appointed and looked recently renovated.
Kimmie was an excellent host (and her partner) and made sure we had everything we needed.
Breakfast was delicious and she was kind enough to have it ready a bit earlier than for the other guests.
The electric fireplace was a nice touch on a cold night!"

"The hotel was great right from the start. The front desk always had someone available whenever I had a question, and both check-in and check-out were very easy and efficient. I was also pleasantly surprised to receive a direct message from the concierge service checking in to see how everything was going and whether we were settling in well — that extra touch felt incredible and very thoughtful.
The room was clean, and having a suite with a separate living space allowed the kids to stay on...
