"A cozy pod, much better than your regular bunk bed. The noise from the bar was manageable. The property has a little sauna, but it closes at 10pm so I didn't have a chance to try it"

"Rooms were very spacious and clean, full kitchen was stocked with everything you need. Resort was very nice and well layed out. The hot tubs were easily accessible, the restaurant was very good and the portions were perfectly sized and priced. The spa services were very good and ha I g those on site made it very convenient. The location of this resort made it very easy to travel to Fernie and around Southern BC quickly."

"Crystal Springs Lodge was disappointing. There were insects in the room and the flooring was dirty, basic cleanliness was clearly lacking. The only positives were helpful staff and an easy check-in, but that doesn’t make up for the condition of the room."

"Very basic and overpriced. The hotel is located right next to the railway, two trains each night and very loud. Asked for towels to be replaced after the first night, they were not. Asked after the second night, they were then replaced. No housekeeping, we stayed three nights."

"The room had long strands of jet black hair all over the bathroom. I’m bald so it wasn’t mine. There were silverfish in the room likely because of the cut open screens on the windows. The room was musty smelling and dim. The bathroom fixtures were ill working and pointed so the water jetted immediately into the middle of the bathroom. The air conditioner sounded like a jet engine when it came on, which was every 5 minutes. The walls were paper thin, we kept thinking people were entering our room...
