"The AC in the room did not work at all. But my biggest concern was that we were traveling with my friend who has a condition and cannot climb stairs. I know there is a message on the page about accessibility but I think it has to be clearer that you must take some steps to go to the rooms. "Location was brilliant for exploring the historic sites of Rome. As well as being close to some great cafes, restaurants and bars in nearby area and Trastevere as a short walk. Room was clean, equipped with what was needed and spacious. Slight negatives were low pressure on shower, stairs to lift which was not an issue for us, and a bit of noise at night but could be expected in a city. Additional positives were the helpful and kind staff and fresh croissants to go with the provided coffee...

"Everything about this property was perfect. Clean, amazing location, easy check in. Highly recommend! Bed was comfortable, our room was super quiet. There’s a common area with a couch, kitchenette, and table to sit! This is a shared space with the other people staying at Xenia but we never had an issue. The apartment renovated and is located on the 5th floor of a beautiful old building which had an old elevator which was super cool to experience! It was very reliable as well. Highly recommend....
