"Parking at this hotel is a bit tricky. The back lot filled up very quickly and there was no in/out availability after they closed the gate at midnight. Hotel itself was good. Had a fridge with cold Alsace water (complimentary) waiting for us after we check in. Staff was friendly. Room was a good size. We booked a deluxe room with 1 double bed and 2 twin beds. One of the twin beds was a pull out bed from the couch. It was fine but if the person sleeping on it was taller it would have been a...

Haare im Bad, Flecken im Bett und die Krönung waren die unzähligen Silberfische die im ganzen Zimmer unterwegs waren. Definitiv eines meiner schlechtesten Hotelerfahrungen meines Lebens!"

Los pasillos de acceso a las habitaciones, el ascensor, las moquetas de los suelos...todo huele faltal y está sucio.
