"Great air conditioning. Strasbourg was Cairo on the Rhine but the AC at Ibis Budget was fabulous. Buses into town nearby. Taxi bus late evenings from Baggersee. VandB store nearby had a back bar with AC and cold beer. I extended my stay to stay cool in the epic heat. Breakfast was a delight."
