"The location to the main train station waa awesome and it took just crossing the street and walking a minute or two to get to the front door. We paid a bit more at the front desk to get a room facing a side street. Around 1 AM, we were woken up to the strong odor of cigarette smoke coming from the bathroom exhaust. My husband immediately went to the reception desk to report the issue. Mattias took action and placed us in a better room. We were pleased and enjoyed our stay even more. "

"Ich war zum Weihnachtsmarktbesuch in Dresden. Das Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen. Zunächst war das Personal am Empfang und im Restaurant sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Hervorzuheben ist auch das Zimmer, es war sauber und gemütlich. Klein aber völlig ausreichend für einen Wochenendurlaub. Das Bett war richtig bequem und die große Dusche war toll. Wir hatten mit Frühstück gebucht. Besonders gut fand ich die Information bei Anreise hinsichtlich der Stoßzeiten am Morgen. Das Frühstück selbst war...

"Tolles großes Komfort Appartement mit seperaten Schlafzimmer, Schlafcouch im Wohnbereich und Küchenzeile. 2 Buslinien direkt vor der Haustür mit denen man in ca. 40 Minuten in Dresden ist. Und das alles für einen super Preis. Immer wieder gerne"

"Tolles Hotel in einer super Lage im Osterzgebirge, ideal zum Wandern. Das Personal war stets freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit, wir haben uns daher sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist absolut reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich, da ist für jeden etwas dabei, ein großes Lob an die Küche! Die Classic Zimmer sind klein, aber absolut gemütlich und vor allem sauber. Es gibt ein schönes Freizeitprogramm sowie Kino und einen tollen Pool. Ein sicherer Hotelparkplatz ist nur ein paar Meter entfernt...
