"Due to the delay of an AA flight, we did not connect to the flight from CLT. To JAN. Had to find a hotel for one night at the last minutes. Sheraton airport hotel seems to be the right choice. However the pool was closed in the morning. Although the bed is comfortable but the room is dark, furniture’s are outdated. Overall needs renovations."

"A couple of the lights in our room did not work. The HVAC controller on the unit was dismantled. We figured out that the heat/ac was controlled by a wall thermostat. But, when they dismantled the controls on the unit itself, they might have left a note or sign. I just knew to look on the wall.
Also, the refrigerator did not have a freezer. When we travel from Florida to head north for the summer, we typically need a freezer to at least refreeze the ice packs for our coolers."

"When we travel to Florida this property is our first overnight stay. We travel with our Golden Retriever, room is always clean beds are comfortable and the staff is always friendly. Stayed on February 28th on the way down and May 9th on the way back. We have done this for 7 years now. Mac’s restaurant is right next door for an added bonus!"
