"Service im Hotel war gut, exzellentes Frühstück. Bei einer Zimmerreinigung gehört auch der Balkon dazu. Auch wenn immer noch rege Bautätigkeit in Bad Neuenahr herrscht, könnte der Balkon von Zimmer 150 wöchentlich eine Reinigung vertragen. Im Bad ist der Seifenspender am Waschbecken mit Panzerband befestigt. Hier sollte die Haustechnik Abhilfe schaffen. Die Minibar war nicht gefüllt und somit hat die Kühlkombination nur Energie verschwendet. Sehr netter Service im Bistro Oro mit annehmbaren...

"The hotel is part of a budget chain of hotels. The room smelled like there had not been deep cleaned for a while and the shower head was dirty. We booked at short notice so we were just grateful to find a room for the night."

"Comfortable quiet hotel. Located out of town up a steep hill a little out of town so as we were on a bike and didn't feel like riding back down the hill and into town had to have the buffet dinner as well as the breakfast at the Hotel. Beds were comfortable and is in a quiet location."
