"Lovely hotel with lovely staff. It’s walkable to the old town but not close. Having a car would be better in this location or taxi’s, which are readily available. We drove all around Germany and this was the easiest hotel to park. The staff is lovely and made our stay fantastic. "

"I was originally placed in a room that was stuffy, smelt mildew, like it had been closed up for some time. I went down to the front counter and requested a room change. The desk clerk was very accommodating and move me right away. I was one in the morning and there was no way have a good nights rest. I appreciate it you moving me, but I don’t think anyone should be put in that room in the condition it was."

"Everything was excellent! We had a horrible experience at a different hotel the previous night and messaged the staff at this hotel for a possible early check in. They responded and were able to get us our hotel room, Schneewittchen, as soon as we arrived! They were excellent! They changed our vacation to a positive one and the property and people were wonderful!"

"Not a good stay - initial room had not been serviced, had to carry luggage up 3 flights of stairs through a kitchen, nowhere to store luggage nor any help/suggestions to where I might be able to, bathroom very tiny, pillows small, birds nesting outside the window, etc. "
