"Room was small but beautiful. Clean and bright and lots of sockets exactly where you need them which is always appreciated. While I didn’t have breakfast my friends did and the staff, whilst lovely, were sparse and orders for fresh eggs etc once taken took a long time to arrive. Coffee from a machine is sale not what I would expect from a five star hotel. "

"This is a really lovely hôtel with great facilities. Breakfast is cooked individually and very tasty, with fresh herbs and some of the best ever marmalade! There's a little garden which is quite a bonus. I loved the pool and the bathroom as well. The only thing I'd like on top if what was available would be a bar that was open beyond 10 pm. Maybe I return later than the average guest but a nightcap is a grand way to finish a day on holiday. "

"Comfortable stay near train station, shops and restaurants. Short walk to Cathedral and museums. There was an issue with the room readiness but the management made the necessary adjustments and corrected the issue. Staff was pleasant and welcoming. Air conditioning was excellent. "
