"Extremely comfortable hotel to stay in with great facilities. The staff are very friendly and we had everything we needed for an overnight stay. The location around the hotel is a little under developed, but other than that it works very well. Also worth noting that the car park is in the adjacent building. Worth letting the reception team know so you can get a reduced parking rate for your stay given the affiliation they have with the car park. Overall would recommend. "

"Wow. What a treat it was staying here. Very comfortable beds, nice bathroom with bath and separate shower. Treats left in the room for our dog. All staff very friendly and helpful. Bottles of water and snacks provided for our onward journey when we left. Bistro was excellent. Lovely grounds to walk and sit in. And all just a few minutes drive from the centre of Épernay "

"The property is in middle of the city centre and not easy to drive to, but ok. Also, parking is not possible in their car park for most of the car because is underground and narrow . Otherwise, the hotel is clean and lovely "

"This place is a perfect base to explore Reims . We parked in the car park upstairs , outside for free ( there is underground parking on site too ) The room was nice , overlooking the river .. from the hotel it’s walkable to the Cathedral quarter ( 10/12mins stroll ) and there’s a wealth of restaurant choices and bars there . This seemed a very walkable and safe city and the Mercure is a nice easy , cost effective hotel to use as a base for a visit . "

"Nettes kleines Hotel in Laufnähe zur Kathedrale, süßes kleines Zimmer ( wir blieben nur 1 Nacht auf der Durchreise) mit ,Mini- Bad ,alles vorhanden und liebevoll eingerichtet. In einer sicheren und zentralen Gegend. Restaurants und Brasserien sind in der Nähe. Frühstück möglich in einem herrlichen, grünen Innenhof. Da der Parkplatz voll war,haben wir im Parkhaus Cente Ville geparkt,zu Fuß 4 Min.entfernt. Wir können das Hotel 100% empfehlen."
