"Nel complesso l'esperienza di Tromso è stata piacevole anche grazie al Lodge&Camping. Tuttavia per il prezzo pagato ci aspettavamo un Lodge più curato (da sistemare mobili, troppo vecchi e rovinati). Inaccettabile la proposta di lasciare i letti con le lenzuola da fare (non sono ad un camping). Anche se datato, il riscaldamento ha funzionato e siamo stati sempre al caldo. Le aree comuni curate, la colazione abbondante e di qualità. Silenzioso e immerso nella natura, ma comunque vicino al centro."

"We stayed in a standard room. The hotel was very clean and our room was nice and comfortable. The staff were very helpful in giving us tips on buses and local recommendations. It is close to the main city center and bus stop. We were able to walk to everything but the airport which has a bus stop very close by (across the hotel at the roast sign). "Lovely apartment, at a good price. Really good value for money compared to the rest of accommodations in the country. The breakfast was good, the apartment clean and spacious, and located in the city centre. The sound insulation of the apartment could be improved, but the town is quite so after 10-11 pm it was ok. There is no lift but our apartment was on the 2nd floor (GF+1) and it was not a problem. "

"So there was a software glitch from Enter Backpack Hotel and we where re-booked into the Enter City Hotel I would have given 5 stars for everything but, this glitch was unexpected. They emailed us to late with the change - we were already travelling. City hotel staff was great. Nice to have a washer and a drier."
