"This hotel is located in a crappy neighborhood. There were homeless and very sketchy men hanging on and around the property panhandling. When my daughters got to their room there was a cockroach on the floor. There were stains on the towels and pillow cases. There are signs of wear if you look closely, scratches on doors, hallway display cases with broken glass. I will never ever stay in this hotel again!! AND they charged us for parking."

"Ther service was terrible, starting with calling the hotel to request a shuttle. First, they told us that because I made the reservation through Expedia, they couldn't provide service. Then I called Expedia customer service, and they called the hotel because that was included in the reservation. After arriving at the hotel, the service was poor; the staff member who attended to us was on her phone all the time. I will never return to that hotel; the service was TERRIBLE."

"The good: The staff was very helpful and friendly. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. They offer a free hot breakfast that was good. Shuttle service available. Very good restaurant/bar next door. Gym is okay if you are creative. The smith machine cables are broken. The not as good: No streaming options on the TV. We had issues with the TV but weren't in the room long enough to bother with asking to have it fixed or swapped out. 4th floor has no ice machine as signage indicates....

"The elevator wasn’t working. I’m disabled and my room was on the 3rd floor. The lobby smells terrible. Idk if it was the staffs body odor or what. Terrible. Smell. Rest of the hotel and room smelled fresh but heavily masked by spray and product but ok. Breakfast area smelled like mold and waffles. Very weird. Idk if I’ll stay again."

"I liked how the room was decorated and put together. There was a lot to choose from on the breakfast buffet and the kitchen kept up nicely with with demand. Without being ask, the cleaning staff removed our dirty towels and replaced them with fresh one. I do believe there was anything to speak of that I didn’t like."

"Property was not well maintained. Rooms have very strong and uncomfortable smells of perfumes. Services for guests were very limited. Air condition units were not properly cleaned and maintained. Staff were not very polite and professional. Some have serious language barriers. Lots of noise and smell of tobacco around the compound."
