"Nice hotel. Clean and nice location. Reception staff were wonderful but many of the staff in restaurant lounge and buffet were rude and short; almost annoyed you were bothering them. Stayed there before; probably will choose another location bcuz of the restaurant lounge evening staff. Breakfast and lunch buffet were very good but dinner buffet was not. Spa is fair. Nothing spectacular. Only one pool available due to construction. Had two Thai massages. The first was amazing with Anna. The...

"Very cool place to stay! It is across river from the parliament and right beside beautiful bridge- stunning views at night. We had a room with 2 twins and riverview. The only place to plug in items is up high behind the TV so not very easy to use. Ship is old and top deck would be amazing to hang out on but is in disrepair. Otherwise ship is good. Beds ok but pillows were horrible. Included breakfast is nice and the breakfast staff is very sweet. AND ramp to get to boat IS VERY STEEP because...

"Clean with a great location just outside Castle walls, short walk to a transport hub."

"The hotel has a wonderful location next to the Fisherman Bastion. The check-in staff was nice and also the conciërge. The door host lady for the rooftop bar on the other hand was unfriendly, quite sure she was discriminating us. She mentioned there was no table available . When we checked with the conciërge, he said there should be tables available. As soon as she allowed us to enter, half of the tables were empty an there were no other guests arriving after us!!"

"I am solo traveller the stay was good in all espect room cleaness helpfull staff ."

"Perfect"

"5 minute walk to the metro. Clean room, hot water pressure was fantastic. They didn’t include body lotions so bring them. During the 7 nights only Thursday evening was noisy as a boy was shouting and running."

"Great place location and price"

"Lovely hotel , very comfortable spacious room . Everything was perfect . Excellent area within walking distance to the river , shops , restaurants and places of interest. We would definitely return to this hotel again"

"Großes Zimmer. Modern eingerichtet. Sehr freundliches Personal. Frühstück eine 11 von 10. Sehr gute Auswahl, alles frisch. Wird sofort nachgefüllt. Sehr großes Angebot anfrischem Obst und Gemüse. Jeden Tag gab es etwas anderes. Ruhiger gelegent, die Gegend aber ist weniger schön."

"Everything about our stay was lovely. The room was gorgeous, the bed really comfy, the view of the Danube and autumnal trees was beautiful and the shower was great. Real coffee and being able to play music from our phones over the TV speakers were an extra bonus. We thought we might try and save money by breakfasting elsewhere but changed our minds after trying it on our first day. It was delicious and good value when you add up all the extras that were involved."

"Excellent"

"Excellent location for views along the river across from the Parliament in Budapest. Close to boat tours. Hotel is in need of renovations. Badly stained and worn carpets throughout the room making it look dirty. Loved the huge windows that opened like doors for views across the river. Great selection & variety at the breakfast buffet. Polite staff."
