"Ordered a Western omelet and was served a plain omelet. When I explained what a Western omelet includes, the server insisted ham was an extra $2 and clearly had no idea what I was referring to. "I stayed at this hotel for four days, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The biggest issue was finding roaches in my room, which made me uncomfortable throughout my stay. Cleanliness should be a top priority, and this alone would make me think twice about returning.

"A very convenient location and good price for staying before or after a flight out of Baltimore Washington Airport. Very clean, but the overall appearance was dated or older. They may be in the midst of redecorating. Breakfast was fantastic and the room was very clean. An excellent place to leave my car. They were very prompt picking us up with the shuttle when we called them... less than 15 mintues!"
