"The hotel was immaculately kept. We visited the pool and found that fantastic as well. The only issue I had was parking. The site made it sound like parking was available for free, but it is not. I paid $40 per day to park nearby. There may have been some cheaper solutions for parking, but not convenient."

The property is clean and well maintained, so it feels luxurious, and it’s right downtown in the loop so you have easy access to anything you may want to experience in Chicago. "the tub was nasty and filthy a ring a black ring around the tub and towel. the room wasn't touched at all. the bathroom didn't had property lighting in it at all. the rug was filthy and nasty. the air conditioner was molded inside dusty and dirty. black mold around the room and big cockroach bugs in the room. I want a full refund of my stay I would never visit a filthy motel this filthy motel ever again."

"Very nice, clean, and safe. Friendly staff and the rooms are nice and clean as well. No on site parking, but you can load and unload at the hotel so that makes it a bit less of a hassle. Great spot for a stay to enjoy Chinatown for certain and within a 15 minute walk to Wintrust Arena for any events."

"Good food options including breakfast buffet which was great. Clean and well maintained property. Staff were very professional. My friend forgot her eye glasses in the room before check out and realized after. The staff went up and found it for her. They had fallen between the bed and nightstand. That’s above and beyond IMO."
