Khách sạn gần Trung tâm Văn hóa Renato Russo tại Brasília

"Roupa de cama suja e travesseiro velhos é pequenos"

"My go-to hotel whenever I visit Brasília. The rooms are clean, the staff are attentive and respectful, and housekeeping consistently does a great job. Breakfast is good, with a decent selection of vegetarian options. The only disappointment on this trip was the late-night room service. The staff member taking my order spoke no English, which made communication difficult, and the pizza I ordered was just not edible. Otherwise, another comfortable and pleasant stay."

"Property is a little old. But well located."

"Excellent location and amazing breakfast"

"Tudo bem"

"Café da manhã bom, a estrutura do hotel deixa transparecer ser um tanto quanto antiga, julgo ser necessária uma modernização das comodidades."

"Tamanho do apartamento"

"O frigobar fazia um barulho chato e não nos deixou dormir na primeira noite. Na segunda noite tive que desligar o equipamento da tomada. O tecido do enxoval era muito áspero. Esperava um conforto totalmente diferente na cama. Meus lençóis em casa que paguei barato são melhores do que do hotel. Atendimento do room service péssimo. No primeiro dia pedi um café e água quente, demorou tanto que saí do apto pra pegar fora. No segundo dia, pedi e demorou mais de 30 minutos e ligaram dizendo que...

"usually stay there but this time I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. the bathroom sink area wasnt clean. the breakfast this time was lacking and not the typical options as in the past. the only think I actually dont like is the parking. you either get lucky with a place by the front door or they charge you to park in their garage. in brasil parking has always been free whenever I travel. normally the hotel is decent but this time I was disappointed"

"O melhor é a localização. O resto é bom. Então acaba sendo uma boa opção. Excelente custo beneficio. "

"Worth the price. Room was very acceptable. Staff very accommodating 👌. I liked breakfast. A/C was good. Gym limited but work out went well. I asked for a double bed instead of a single and they switched me and I was very grateful. Had dinner there once and it was very good. Steak was very tasty and very good"

"Extremely disappointing stay — not what I expected from Meliá I stayed at Brasil 21 Suites by Meliá for 14 days and had to change rooms THREE different times. Two of the rooms were completely different from what I had reserved and were unacceptable for an extended stay. One room was extremely noisy, another had visible mold/staining on the walls, and the rooms generally felt outdated and poorly maintained. The TVs were outdated, walls were dirty and clearly needed a fresh coat of paint, and...

"Nice"

"O banheiro estava mofado, itens que foram ofertado não foram entregues. Não tinha serviço de quarto."

"Equipe de funcionários, quarto limpo e bom café da manhã."
