"We last stayed at the Bonaparte in 2010. The years have not been kind to this once elegant property. It is indeed "tired", as others have remarked. The kind staff cannot make up for rooms that show signs of cosmetic rehabilitation years past, now in desperate need of further attention. The bedding is old, the furnishings in the rooms basic. "Very good stay for single travelers. Beatriz at the reception was really helpful and accommodating. Will likely stay again."

"The perfect place to stay. The staff could not have been more friendly or accommodating. We arrived very late and they went out of their way to take care of us. The hotel is located in a great central location. Roof-top pool has beautiful views of the mountains and city below. Breakfast was Fantastic. Would stay there again without question."

"Early check-in for expensive fee. Decorative pillows had very old stuffy smell, dusty like. Sleeping pillows very flat, very cheap, no support. When i messaged about extra pillow options, was ignored, had to use the towels provided to help add support as decorative pillows had too strong an odor to use. Once you check in, your left on your own, theres no support or feedback. "
