"Clean rooms and bathrooms "

"The location was a little farther from the airport than reported however, I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. I had a very late night check-in and the lady that checked me in couldn’t have been nicer or more customer friendly. The room was clean, breakfast was good. Overall, it was worth the little extra drive."

"The room was great. The bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was good. I only stayed one night, but all of the staff were friendly and accommodating. It was a quick ride to the airport with no hassle."

"Great stay! The staff were all so pleasant and the rooms were very clean and beds comfortable. There are so many restaurants near by and even grocery stores if you need them. We wanted someplace convenient to downtown New Orleans but on the outskirts so we weren’t around too much traffic and tourists. This was perfect. We will definitely be coming back for our next stay."

"Had a nice stay after a cruise in December. Nice little restaurant within walking distance which was great since we didn't have a car, and very close to the airport. Linda at the desk was so nice and helpful, we were so appreciative that we were allowed early check in after our cruise. Linda was so nice and helpful - it's great that this property is so accommodating to cruise guests."

"Last minute reservation. (Luckily there was availability.) Seamless check-in. Clean room, although we did use the iron and it had sticky/crusty black stuff on it that stained a shirt. Staff not needed but friendly at check-in/out. "
