"The room was very spacious, clean, and a/c was cold...bed was comfortable and the staff was friendly and efficient. Breakfast was excellent and hot featuring pancakes, scrambled eggs, onelets, sausage, hash browns, bacon, home-made biscuits and gravy... Three differents muffins, cold cereals, and variety of yoplait yogurts were also offered. Staff was friendly and courteous and kept dining area well stocked. Shout out to Brady for his great attitude and friendly, making check-in a pleasure."

We had such a wonderful stay at The Burgundy Hotel! The hotel was beautiful, very clean, comfortable, and most importantly, quiet. My husband and I were looking for a peaceful little getaway where we could relax and enjoy some downtime together, and this was perfect.
Everything felt welcoming and well cared for, and we truly enjoyed our stay. It was exactly the quiet time we needed. We will definitely be coming back!"

"Don't do business with this property! Our room was infested with carpet bugs. We approached the front desk and spoke with the manager, he was not responsive and told us to contact Expedia. No apology was offered or resolution to the problem. We quickly departed.

"The elevators were broken with no warning to customers thst were prepaid. I had an 80 year old with me and a disabled person that were required to walk up stairs with all of our bags. The young man at the front desk was helpful but his manager who he had to call stated that they can not give something from nothing and her only option was to cancel the room at 9 pm at night that I had already paid for and have me and my family of six look for another room in a city we didn't know late at night."
