"This place is cozy, and pristine. There were activities to do on very hot days as well as activities to do on rainy days. The kids were always entertained. The bedding and furniture were comfortable. It gave off an “at home” vibe as opposed to a resort vide. We booked partly because the listing advertised a pool, only to learn upon arrival that it had permanently closed. The listing should be updated to avoid misleading guests.
Our room also had many issues: lamps didn't work & the shower knob was broken, making it impossible to shower. We reported everything at 10AM. When we returned around 3PM, the lamp was fixed, but the shower was not, & our room...
