"We stayed at the hotel for only one night. Although the property was fairly empty and we saw very few guests throughout our stay, we encountered multiple issues. When we discovered that our shower was not working, staff simply switched us to another room without any assistance. Once we settled into the new room, we found that the refrigerator was also not working. Given that the hotel was not fully occupied, we expected a better-prepared room from the start."

"Its a great value stay to spend a night in the city. Its consistent, strategically located and clean. There was only a minor issue wirh the AC that doesn't make the stay 5 star worthy, but its fair to recommend it."
