"the staff was helpful. there was a small issue with the water heating system for which it took some time for them to fix and it led to us missing our breakfast. also, outside food is not allowed in this hotel, which should be changed because during kitchen's non-operational hours, the guests are on their own to manage food. "It was nicely built and located. But not well maintained. Found cockroaches in toilets, toilet doors did not close, molds growth on bathroom screen, some rooms did not have water supply late in the night. Positive part: they have a decent restaurant and most of the staffs are good"
