Let down by having to check in using an electronic device. Took forever (proably because I am not 12 anymore). Multiple screens and unfamiliar keyboard layout. This was the last thing I needed after a long, delayed journey. Bring back paper. And, yes, I know you can pre-fill this in advance on-line ...

Perfect place to stay that ticket all the boxes we needed it to! Very central location, clean and modern accommodation, quiet rooms and great communication in the lead up to the stay and an easy check in process. I would definitely recommend and stay again!
