"I have mixed feelings about this place. The room itself was fine, getting into it was another story. We got there and the kid at the front desk either wrote it down wrong or it just didn't work. She did it manually to get us in, we dropped our bags off, ran to Texas Roadhouse for dinner, came back and it still didn't work. Speaking of not working, we had no internet for 2 days, but was eventually fixed. No biggie. Front desk. The kids today think coming to work at 8:10 for a 8am shift is...

"the sofa was not clean and also the sofa bed which has hairs, used tissue paper and dust when I opened it. So I did not use it at all. The blankets in the living room smells. The balcony door handle was broken and unable to slide properly since some sticks were placed by propose. Just some examples. Overall, still ok."

"Perfect! Great breakfast, great pool area, the bar drinks and food was great, the rooms were very clean and stylish. The hotel has a hole very stylish. Alittle strange the elevator is right outside of the exit door, still indoors but like in a separate room. And definitely needs better signage within the halls. Took us while to locate the ice machine. Great location for Disney and surrounding mega stores and restaurants."

"Nice hotel and excellent location to WDW theme parks. Free breakfast was nice, when we made it. Staying at the parks till closing makes for a late wake-up, and breakfast ended at 9am, and that was fine with us. Just out front of the hotel, within walking distance are restaurants, Target, 5Below, etc. Parking is free, the pool is nice and they even offered shuttle service to/from the parks.
Rooms have a full kitchen and full fridge, nice."
