"This was a good place to stay close to Ohio State University. Placed our reservation on line. The signs say Fairfield but once we got inside the desk clerk said welcome to the comfort Inn by Marriott. Very confusing. Cleanliness and upkeep of the property was fair at best. I think the upkeep was the biggest problem making it look less clean. "Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Busy intersection to get into the hotel parking lot. Room was clean but could tell the bathroom floor was not washed. One of the lamps needed a new lightbulb, and the switch by the large mirror in the entry did not seem to turn anything on or off. It was a little cramped in size, especially the bathroom."

Dislikes: room wasn’t cleaned after 1st night, had to ask for clean towels, had to ask for linens for pull out bed, suite was small, hand soap (pump) was mounted too tall for our daughter and requested bar soap. Our stay was just “meh” and likely would not stay here again."
