"AC in our room wasn’t working and couldn’t cool our room. It was very hot and barely slept. The pool in our building was also unavailable so we were not able to use the pool, and my kids were sad about it. The pool that was available is in the other building which we do not want to walk all the way."

"The hotel and staff were wonderful. A couple of things to note: there is no AC - a standing fan is included, we brought a table fan as well and our first floor room was a comfortable temperature. The indoor public spaces are definitely under utilized by the hotel but have so much potential (my little loved the ping-pong tables).
