"When we 1st arrived we were given a room with 2 bedrooms as we took our dad. It was fine until I went into the kitchen.... there was black n green mould everywhere and the oven was filthy. I took photos so I could show reception when asking for another room. Our 2nd room was tidy n clean although on the older side. Our 2nd night this room flooded and was completely covered in 2 inches of water so at 2am we were given our 3rd rooms. These rooms were clean and tidy and comfortable. They did however have a shared kitchen for the 14 rooms and shared lounge n dining. Our stay was to include a full buffet breakfast and also meant to have a coffee shop. Breakfast consisted of cold sausage n boiled eggs... warm pancakes n cold grits as none of the bainmaries were heated. The fruit, pineapple n watermelon was a couple days old. Very very disappointing to say the least. The coffee machine was never turned on while we were there for 8 nights, only an urn with hot water. The juice appeared to be watermelon I'm gathering. I tasted it and it was sour. Upon inspection of the juice machine, there were floating and this juice remained the same all week. It was never changed. The fridge was dirty on the inside. The staff were very welcoming and helpful and friendly. This accommodation option is definitely not on my list to stay again. I will spend the extra $ if I return on better accommodation. "Property is centrally located , good customer service, we had 2 rooms but we we did not get any room service for 3 days, otherwise all fine ."

"I was there for only 2 days and hanged out with friends and family both nights and the restaurant/ bar and what do I say about the staffs over there. There are so nice and attentive. Was there checking on us and offer speaker and towers when more of my friends join. Not forgetting cheering with us when Fiji Drua was playing. Loved that atmosphere."

"Not accessible. No lifts. Instead it’s open-air stairs that are tiled & get slippery in the rain. Plus the rooms are VERY basic."

"Breakfast was delivered to the room and very nicely done. However, the airport shuttle was not there when we arrived and we had to find a cab driver who took our currency. Late at night with foreign money made it very hard to get to the hotel. I had written them 3 times to remind them to send a shuttle and none came. "
