"Every staff I met was so kind. And there were cats all guests loved. Spacious lobby and clean room, nice bars! I can highly recommend the hotel. (There is no parking garage! You have to park your car on the street)"

"The staff were so friendly it was a special birthday for me & we arrived to a plate of sweet treats & a card , lovely touch . Hotel was very central lots of shops , bars , coffee shops & restaurants on the same road 👍 Room was very clean & had everthing you would need , toiletries , hair dryer , kettle , coffee machine , iron , tv couldn’t say a bad word about anything . "I had a single room, so it was small, but perfect for my needs. Location was fantastic, right on Laugavegur, could walk to all kinds of fun places. Rainbow street was a block away. Very friendly and helpful staff. This was the second time I have stayed at a Center Hotel, and I found both locations (Skjaldbreid and Bingholt) to be very clean and comfortable, and well within my budget. Highly recommend. "
