"The location is excellent! It’s close walking distance to many tourist sites and museums in the city and close to the Maritime Museum bus stop. We loved the breakfast provided by the hotel and the Hygge coffee shop and bakery there. The spa was closed during our stay which wasn't great and we weren’t refunded the extra money we had paid for spa access. "Wonderful staff & Accommodations! All the staff was fabulous but I wanted to especially thank Marianna who assisted us when we arrived early. The hotel room was nice but we ended up moving to an apartment that was worth every Kronos. We had a kitchen with everything we needed to cook, washer/dryer combo, pull out couch so I didn't have to hear my husband's snore, and a fan! Highly recommend the hotel. "Helpful staff with pleasant personalities, though sometimes difficult to follow walking directions to places nearby. Our room had a spectacular view of a harbor and snow covered mountain. The shower, which had a swinging door and drainage on the bathroom floor, was odd, but we figured it out and it worked. With only a handful of free parking spaces it could be dicey, but we had no problem. We would stay there again, because it’s a great location."
